Signature Room

Signature Rooms offer wireless internet and are the best rooms in the hotel next to the suites -- they offer THE château experience. When you stay in one of these rooms you really feel like you're staying in a Castle. The rooms are decorated in an elegant château style. Each of them is unique in design and reflects the historic charm of the hotel. They offer a prime view of the majestic St. Lawrence River or a spectacular aerial view of Old Québec.

Studio Room

Studios offer wireless internet and are large rooms that include a bedroom and sitting area within the same open space (there is no physical division). Studios are popular with families. Junior Suite

Charming and comfortable, Junior Suites offer wireless internet and are popular with families and long stay guests. They are composed of a bedroom, a full bathroom and a living room with a Sofabed. A small hallway or glass French doors separate the two rooms. Junior Suites are ideal for guests that would like to entertain as the Junior Suite offers sitting space for five people in the living room.

Frontenac Suite

Must be Booked Directly at Hotel. Frontenac Suites offer wireless internet and are large luxurious suites each named after a famous person who took part in the Chateau's History. Each suite is unique and beautifully decorated offering a spectacular view of the St. Lawrence River. They are composed of a master bedroom with full private bathroom, connecting to a large parlour with a half bathroom. Ideal for entertaining, the parlour sits approximately 5-10 people.

1608 Bar

Due to COVID-19 the 1608 Bar is closed until further notice. 
Inspired by the year of Quebec City’s founding on the very exact site of this Bar, the new 1608 Bar will offer one of the largest varieties of top Quebec cheeses in Canada, sourced from its unique Cheese Room, and coupled with the top wine offerings the world has to offer.

Overlooking the St. Lawrence River, this new bar will showcase one of the province’s most stunning views.

Bistro Le Sam

Due to COVID-19 the restaurant Bistro Le Sam is closed until further notice. Meal boxes will be prepared for our in-house guests. 

Le Sam, a new “Bistro Evolutif”, inspired by the discoverer Samuel de Champlain - showcases some of Quebec’s hottest culinary trends offered in an informal, relaxed atmosphere featured from its showcase open kitchen.

Le Sam Bistro & Bar Atrium offers exceptional views of the St. Lawrence River – a new addition that is sure to be one of the most popular features of the “nouveau” Chateau.
