Afterward, fly to the state of Bahia, in the northeast of Brazil, to visit its cultural capital, Salvador de Bahia. The first capital of Brazil and once a hub for the slave trade, this port city is now a thriving center of Afro-Brazilian culture and traditions that influence its music, dance, cuisine and religious celebrations. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel, set in a historic building that boasts fascinating Art Deco design elements. Cross the Tancredo Neves Bridge into Argentina en route to Argentina Iguazu National Park.
