Pros: Loved the trip

Cons: Lousy room at the Fairmont Hotel in Monaco. Not the typical room offered on a Tauck trip.

Recommended: Yes

When we asked about changing our room, we were told there would be an up charge of 150 euros. Not acceptable !!

River cruise in France

Pros: Excellent. Food was fabulous. Ship very clean. Employees wonderful.

Cons: Did not like hotel in Monaco. View from room was not good and should have had a sea view.

Recommended: Yes

Overall experience was very good.

French Waterways Riverboat

Pros: This was our third riverboat trip with Tauck and was not only a typical Tauck trip that is well run, great staff and service it was an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Cons: I would have to make something up, which would mean I am not ever happy about anything. Cannot see how one would complain about the trip.

We have utilized Tauck for many years and started with them at the recommendation of our travel agent Whirlaway Travel after a disastrous experience with another company. This was our eighth Tauck trip with number nine scheduled for October of this year. While we have looked at other vendors I cannot think of any reason to change unless there was someplace we really really wanted to go to that Tauck did not offer. We have several bucket list trips to go which as far as we can anticipate I They will be with Tauck.
